Our support groups provide safe, welcoming spaces where families can connect, share experiences, and learn from each other. All groups are facilitated by trained professionals.

Monthly meetings for family members caring for loved ones with dementia. Share experiences, learn coping strategies, and build lasting connections.
Early-Stage Support Groups
Specialized support for individuals recently diagnosed with dementia and their immediate family members.
Spousal Support Groups
Dedicated support for spouses and life partners navigating the unique challenges of dementia within marriage.
New Support Group Launch
We're excited to announce the launch of our largest support group initiative, designed to reach more families across Lesotho. These groups will be facilitated by trained social workers and include specialized resources for different stages of the dementia journey.
